It’s that time again – time for our annual fall plant presale! Isn’t it so fun to get a jump start on planning your next garden and thinking about how you can feed you family nutrient dense foods right from your own property?
This year we’re doing something SUPER exciting that we’ve never done before! We still have our usual honeyberries and saskatoons, and strawberries but we’ve also added several new plants — even some perennial vegetables! We’re passionate about helping Alaskans grow their own food and this is a huge leap in that direction! We’ve added a new variety of strawberries, red and yellow raspberries, gooseberries, asparagus, caucasian mountain spinach, lovage and more! If you love the sweet tang of honeyberries, we’ve got you covered! They are such a popular berry on the farm for several reasons!
- Honeyberries are rich in antioxidants.
- They are very cold-hardy and can grow most anywhere in Alaska. Not just grow but THRIVE!
- Kids love them – as do their parents!
- Each plant can produce up to 10# of berries per year.
- They are super easy to preserve – just pick them and put them right into a freezer bag and freeze. No need to individually freeze them first.
So, why should you preorder and not just wait until spring? There are several reasons to join our plant presale. For one, these plants always sell out early. This will guarantee that you can get the plants you want in the spring. Also, we offer a discount of $2 per plant just for buying in the fall. It’s a win/win!

Varieties we will be offering in 2024: Aurora, Beast, Blizzard, Honeybee, Indigo Treat, Indigo Yum. If you are looking for specific varieties, please indicate the variety names in the notes section.
Pickup will be on the farm in May of 2024. We will be emailing you to let you know exact pickup dates early spring so you can plan accordingly.
