Join us for a friendly, beginner-focused Zoom session where we’ll walk you through the entire mozzarella-making process step by step. From heating the milk to the magical moment of stretching the curds, we’ll cover what to do, what not to do, and how to recover if things go sideways.

Expect real talk, real-time troubleshooting, and a lot of encouragement. You’ll finish with a ball of fresh mozzarella (hopefully!) and the confidence to try it again and again.

Let’s learn together, laugh at the messes, and celebrate the wins—cheese-making doesn’t have to be perfect to be delicious.
